I tried when I was younger but it didn't work...got to the bulldozers and was bored, can you believe it? Now I have a more civilized sci-fi addiction so I'm going to try again, promise.

ok, first: you had a seriously deprived childhood without Anne of Green Gables, The Secret Garden, and/or Watership Down!
and second: i know, i'm a dork, but i had to check out the other blog... how come her BBC list is different from yours? Is it different for Yanks and Brits/ ;)

okay, an amendment to my previous comment...
i re-read your post, and noticed you said "from 2003," whereas the list on the other site included books not yet written in 2003. ergo, her list must be more recent.
perhaps i should read more closely before i post
(and man oh man, do i have some reading to do myself!?!)

third and final post: the other list included the Bible. i know i live in the south, but i haven't heard that called a novel lately...
alright, i'll let this go now (or go google the darn list, so i can sleep) LOL

well, you should know me better than to think i can shut up when i say i will. apparently, as you probably already know, 2003 is the latest official BBC list. Anything hence appears to be of unknown origin. nicely done, dunne :D

Music Monday: Of Living Masterpieces
