Music Monday: Well, it's Valentine's Day, right?

When I think of great love stories, I think of my parents. My father spent his entire life convinced that he did not deserve his wife but did everything he could to show her that he was thankful for her. When I first heard this song by Cody Fry, it wiped me out because I couldn't get them out of my mind...and how even though we miss them I'm so happy that their symphony is playing wherever they are now.

I mean, it's Valentine's Day, after all...

Symphony
by Cody Fry

I used to hear a simple song
That was until you came along
Now in it's place is something new
I hear it when I look at you
With simple songs I wanted more
Perfection is so quick to bore
You are more beautiful by far
Our flaws are who we really are
I used to hear a simple song
That was until you came along
You took my broken melody
And now I hear a symphony
Ohh
And now I hear a symphony
